Application Recommendations

Recommended Dosage: 50-500 ppm based on the total formulation.

Addition Method: For defoaming applications, first dilute to below 60%, then dilute with 10-40 times the amount of water to prepare the working solution. The working solution should be prepared and used immediately. The addition amount to the system should be determined through testing.

Precautions

Since this product contains 100% active ingredient, direct application to the working solution is not conducive to its dispersion. Therefore, the defoamer should generally be diluted before use. The diluent can be water (or foaming liquid) at a temperature of 20-35℃. During operation, add the required dilution while stirring the defoamer to obtain a uniform dispersion of at least 5 times. This makes the dosage control easier and more economical. This product can also be directly mixed with alkaline powders such as detergents (the amount of defoamer added can be calculated from experiments or reference concentrations) without affecting its defoaming performance.

Contraindications

Do not mix with other additives.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Packaging specifications are 25kg paint drums, or customized according to customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place. Shelf life: 6 months.

Remarks
The standard content of this product is 60% and 100%, or products with a content of 15% or higher can be customized according to customer requirements.
