Description

Product Performance

The system has moderate viscosity, good flowability after mixing, easy defoaming, and a long working time; high tear strength.

Platinum vulcanization, environmentally friendly, safe, and non-toxic;

Application Areas

Self-leveling base adhesive for powder mixing, electronic component encapsulation, high-strength potting base adhesive, high-strength silicone rubber products, etc.

Usage Method

– Mechanical stirring for A/B mixing or static mixing can be used;

– Clean equipment thoroughly before use. Substances containing tin salts, amines, or sulfur may inhibit the curing reaction;

– Curing can be achieved within a temperature range of 40-150℃;

– Increasing the curing temperature can rapidly shorten the curing time, but for thicker products, care should be taken to avoid excessively rapid curing which may lead to bubble formation;

– The performance of the cured product depends on the curing conditions. It is best to conduct testing before curing to find the optimal curing conditions.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging specifications are 1Kg and 25Kg, and can be customized according to user requirements. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place.
