Recommended Dosage: 50-500 ppm based on the total formulation

Addition Method: Dilute with 10-20 times the amount of water before adding to the application requiring defoaming. It is recommended to use the diluted solution on the same day.

Precautions

If the defoamer is too viscous and floats in water, making it difficult to dilute, add a small amount of water to the defoamer and stir well. Then add a small amount of water and stir again. After dilution, adding a measured amount of water will make it easier to achieve uniformity. The dosage can be adjusted flexibly and replenished as needed.

Application Areas

This product is suitable for defoaming in almost all water-based systems, such as textile dyeing and finishing, wastewater treatment, papermaking, fermentation, papermaking and metalworking fluids, cleaning agents, and other aqueous systems. This product can also be diluted 10-30 times as a release agent for rubber products. The dilution method is the same as above.

Contraindications

Avoid high-shear mixing during dilution. It is prone to demulsification when in contact with alcohol solvents. Emulsion breaks easily below freezing point. Use with caution when mixing with other chemicals.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Packaging specifications are 50kg plastic drums, or customized according to user requirements. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place. Shelf life is 6 months.
