Addition Method:
For defoaming applications, first dilute to below 60%, then dilute with 10-40 times the amount of water to prepare the working solution. The working solution should be prepared and used immediately. The addition amount to the system should be determined through testing.

Precautions
Since this product contains 100% active ingredient, direct application to the working solution is not conducive to its dispersion. Therefore, the defoamer should generally be diluted before use. The diluent can be water (or foaming liquid) at a temperature of 20-35℃. During operation, add the required dilution while stirring the defoamer to obtain a uniform dispersion of at least 5 times. This makes the dosage control easier and more economical.
This product can also be directly mixed with alkaline powders such as detergents (the amount of defoamer added can be calculated from experiments or reference concentrations) without affecting its defoaming performance.
Application Areas
This product has a wide range of applications, primarily for defoaming in acid and alkali extraction processes, oil extraction, metal cutting fluids and processing fluids, and in harsh environments with strong acids and alkalis. It can also be used for defoaming in biological fermentation and general applications such as papermaking and wastewater treatment.
Packaging and Storage
This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Packaging specifications are 25kg paint drums, or customized according to user requirements. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place. Shelf life is 12 months.
