Organosilicon reactive leveling agent, polyurethane coating leveling and feel agent, PU leather abrasion-resistant additive
Product Introduction:
This product is a reactive leveling agent. It can graft onto polyurethane resin through the reaction of its hydroxyl groups with isocyanates (-NCO), achieving long-lasting performance. In addition to excellent leveling, anti-cratering, and substrate wetting properties, this product also features anti-sticking and peeling properties, a smooth feel, improved scratch and abrasion resistance and low-temperature flexural strength, and improved breathability and moisture permeability.
This product is suitable for the comprehensive modification of polyurethane coatings, PU leather, and similar composite coatings.

Application Recommendations
Recommended Dosage: 0.05-1% of the total formulation for solvent-based systems; 0.5-5% of the resin amount for resin modification; 0.5-5% of the total formulation for water-based systems.
Addition Method: For polyurethane modification, it can be added together with the polyol during resin prepolymerization or added later. For coating modification, it can be added directly, or diluted with a suitable solvent for easier addition.
Solvent Types: Water, alcohols, alkanes, and aromatics can all be diluted in any ratio.

Precautions: This product prioritizes system compatibility, therefore its feel is slightly less refined. If a better feel is required, BD-3253 can be used as a substitute.
Packaging and Storage: This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Packaging specifications are 25kg plastic drums, or customized according to user requirements. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place. Shelf life: 12 months.
Contraindications: Avoid mixing with other additives.
