CHLUMIAG®3000 / Silicone Leveling Agent, Anti-graffiti Additive, UV Coating Anti-sticking Agent
Product Introduction: A silicone surface additive specifically formulated for easy-to-clean coating systems. This product contains reactive OH groups that form chemical bonds with resins, giving the film surface a permanent effect of hydrophobicity, oleophobicity, reduced dust adhesion, and improved washability.
It is also used to improve anti-graffiti and anti-sticking properties.
Product Uses: This product is designed to improve substrate wetting, leveling, surface smoothness, water resistance (anti-whitening), anti-blocking, and weather resistance. Therefore, no other surface additives are needed when evaluating this product. If necessary, it is recommended to conduct phased addition tests.
Suitable for two-component coating systems, high-temperature drying systems, and UV-cured coating systems. Used in industrial coatings, can coatings, wood and furniture coatings, 3C coatings, and leather coatings.
Suitable reactive resin systems: two-component polyurethane, alkyd-melamine, polyester-melamine, acrylic-melamine, acrylic-epoxy blends, and phenolic resins.

Application Recommendations
Recommended Dosage: 0.5-5% of the total formulation
Addition Method: Can be added at any stage of the production process. For easier addition, it can be diluted with a suitable solvent first.
Solvent Type: Hydrocarbons, ethers, and esters can all be diluted in any ratio.

Precautions: This product is not suitable for use in water-based systems.
Contraindications: Avoid mixing with other additives.
Packaging and Storage: This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Packaging specifications are 25Kg plastic drums, or customized according to user requirements. Store in a cool, dry, sealed place away from light. Shelf life: 12 months.
