Product Introduction:
Mixantly soluble in mineral oil in any proportion, possessing excellent lubricity, oil solubility, wear resistance, defoaming, and anti-sticking properties. It can improve the extreme pressure lubricity of general silicone oils. Adding a small amount of this product to mineral oil yields modified, high-quality, high-value specialty oils, improving the high and low temperature resistance of mineral oils.
Suitable for demolding plastic, rubber, and PU products; lubrication of metal materials; defoaming and leveling in foaming systems such as coatings, latexes, and printing inks; and also applicable to daily chemical products.

Application Recommendations
Recommended Dosage: 0.1-1.0% of the total formulation
Addition Method: It is recommended to add this product towards the end of the formulation process. For easier addition, it can be diluted with a suitable solvent beforehand.
Solvent Type: Alkanes and aromatics can be diluted in any ratio.

Precautions: This product will become cloudy when mixed with dimethyl silicone oil. It may become cloudy at low temperatures, but will clear upon heating; this does not affect its use.
Contraindications: Avoid mixing with other additives.
Packaging and Storage: This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Packaging specifications are 25kg plastic drums, or customized according to user requirements. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place. Shelf life: 12 months.
