TPO-L Usage

1. TPO-L is a highly efficient free radical (I) type liquid photoinitiator, mainly used for UV curing of corresponding resins, such as unsaturated acrylates. It is especially used for UV curing of white systems and film thicknesses with very fast curing speed.

2. In addition, TPO-L is a liquid photoinitiator, suitable for low yellowing, low odor formulation system. Because TPO-L has a wider range of absorption can also be used to contain white coatings curing.

3. To improve the curing effect of the surface, TPO-L is often used together with other photoinitiators, such as: 184, 1173 and benzophenone, etc. The recommended concentration is 0.3-5%.

 

What is the difference between TPO and TPO-L?

1. The appearance of TPO photoinitiator is light yellow powder state.
TPO-L photoinitiator appearance is a light yellow liquid state.

2. The absorption wavelength of the two products are basically the same, are ideal film thickness UV curing initiator, the use of TPO in the industry is far greater than the use of TPO-L, the UV photoinitiator market fluctuations in the past two years is relatively large, I believe that the main synthetic process may be more environmental pressure.
