Benzil Dimethyl Ketal Usage
Absorption wavelength: 220nm, 255nm, 325nm.
Photoinitiator BDK is a highly efficient UV curing initiator, mainly used as an initiator of UV curing reaction, triggering unsaturated pre-polymerization system of UV ticketing reaction, with strong absorption properties. Such as in UV-curable coatings, UV-curable inks and other products used as initiators of radiation curing.
Such products mainly include: UV-curable floor coatings, plastic coatings, optical fiber coatings, optical disc coatings, light-curing solder resist inks for circuit boards, light-curing sign inks, etc. In addition, there are also great applications in light-curable paper varnish coatings.
Unsaturated polyester/styrene-based topcoats for wood or wood substitute surfaces, fillers, acrylate inks and varnishes for paper, metal, plastic surfaces, resist and printing plates.
