This product can replace Pentaerythritol Triacrylate; PETA; 2-(Hydroxymethyl)-2-[[(1-oxoallyl)oxy]methyl]-1,3-propanediyl diacrylate; 3-(acryloyloxy)-2-[(acryloyloxy)methyl]-2-(hydroxymethyl)propyl acrylate.
What is Pentaerythritol triacrylate / PETA?
Pentaerythritol triacrylate is an acrylate obtained by the esterification reaction of 1 part of pentaerythritol and three parts of acrylic acid. It has the characteristics of typical acrylates. In addition, there is a side chain hydroxyl group in the molecule. The presence of hydroxyl group enhances the molecular weight. Polarity reduces volatility. On the other hand, it can be used as a reaction site to connect to other materials by grafting for the preparation of composite materials.
High crosslink density, fast curing, good flexibility, low volatility, scratch resistance, fire resistance, chemical resistance

1. Synthesize acrylic resin by conventional method.
2. As a reactive diluent, PETA participates in the radiation curing process.
