Product Overview
WPU-611 is designed for waterborne systems that need a soft film on flexible materials. Its silicone-modified aliphatic polyurethane structure is supplied as a liquid dispersion for application-specific formulation development. The grade is described as forming a smooth, glossy film with a soft, full hand and low tack. Listed applications include waterborne inks, textile printing pastes and coatings on films or other flexible substrates. Alcohol compatibility can assist formulation development, but the amount and type of alcohol should be selected through stability and application trials rather than assumed to be interchangeable in every ink system.

Formulation and Handling
Check alcohol-blend stability and compatibility with the complete ink or printing-paste formulation. Verify film tack, adhesion and flexibility after drying on the intended substrate.
- Confirm the current grade-specific solids, pH and viscosity specifications with the supplied material before formulation scale-up.
- Alcohol compatibility does not establish a universal alcohol addition level.
Check binder compatibility, substrate preparation, application conditions and final coating or bond performance in your own formulation. Waterborne use does not by itself establish solvent-free status or a hazard classification. Consult the current safety data sheet and use appropriate industrial handling controls.

Store at 5-30 °C in a cool, dry, ventilated place. Protect from freezing and direct light. Stated storage period: 6 months.
