Product Overview
WPU-1062 is a milky white, translucent polyurethane dispersion intended for flexible pigmented coating systems. Its reported film characteristics include softness, smoothness, elasticity and a full hand, together with powder-binding and color-development capability. Listed uses cover textile printing pastes, waterborne printing inks and leather surface treatments. Mechanical reference values include a 100% modulus of 0.5-1.5 MPa, tensile strength of at least 6 MPa and elongation of 600%. Evaluate the resin with the selected powder or pigment loading to establish coating feel, color appearance and adhesion under the actual printing and drying conditions.

Formulation and Handling
Check pigment or powder compatibility and dispersion quality before production. Evaluate the intended balance of hand, elasticity, color appearance and substrate adhesion in the complete formulation.
- The 600% elongation value is reported without a minimum symbol or tolerance.
- Powder-binding and color-development results depend on the selected pigment or filler system.

Waterborne use does not by itself establish solvent-free status or a hazard classification. Consult the current safety data sheet and use appropriate industrial handling controls.

Store at 5-30 °C in a cool, dry, ventilated place. Protect from freezing and direct light. Stated storage period: 6 months.
