Product Overview
WPU-615 is supplied as a transparent liquid with a bluish cast for waterborne formulation development. Its application range spans waterborne paper inks, leather finishes and metal coatings. Formulation and Handling
Test on the intended leather, paper or prepared metal substrate. Verify compatibility with the complete binder and pigment package and establish the drying conditions through trials.
- Confirm the current grade-specific solids, pH and viscosity specifications with the supplied material before formulation scale-up.
- The reported HB pencil hardness is not accompanied by a test standard or film-preparation conditions.
- A universal minimum service temperature is not specified.
