Speedcure EDB (cas 10287-53-3) Usage
1. SpeedcureEDB(Ethyl 4-dimethylaminobenzoate) is an initiator with high activity, good solubility and low yellowing. It has a strong absorption in the ultraviolet region and promotes photoinduced electron transfer, which is conducive to improving the reaction activity.
2. lcnacure® EDB is a solid amine synergist. It is used together with free radical (Ⅱ) type photoinitiator. It is suitable for UV polymerization of monomers and oligomers with mono- or multi-functional groups. It is used to improve UV curing coatings and viscosity. The efficiency of the photoinitiator in the mixture and ink. Usually used in conjunction with ITX, 907 or BMS, the general dosage is 2-5%.
3. This product will be mixed with lcnacure®ITX CAS 5495-84-1 for higher activity.
4. lcnacure® EDB is a photosensitizing additive that has no photosensitizing effect by itself, but can be used in combination with free radical photoinitiators to increase photosensitivity. It is also known as a synergist.
