Application Areas
Solvent-based, UV-curable systems
Main characteristics
1、It has very good ability of foam inhibition and defoaming.
2、Since it contains hydrophobic particles, there may be precipitation during storage, as long as it is stirred well before use, it does not affect product quality.
3、If used after dilution with solvent, note that the storage period of diluted solution is limited to 1-2 days.
4、Not applicable to varnish.
Use method
In order to improve the foam inhibition, defoaming and defoaming speed of the system, it should be added to the abrasive material.
Recommended dosage
Addition amount (total formula) 0.2-1.0%
Storage stability
Keep in unopened original package for 24 months. Stratification and turbidity may occur at temperatures below 5°C. Heating and thorough mixing before use will not affect product quality. Product beyond the storage period can continue to be used after passing inspection. Before the container is completely empty, it must be tightly closed immediately after use.
