Photoinitiator TMO is gradually emerging. It plays an extraordinary role in the surface treatment of seemingly ordinary but crucial materials such as paper, metal and plastic. In particular, photoinitiator TMO has demonstrated excellent performance in the application of UV-curable inks and varnishes.

From a historical perspective, in the long history of the development of material surface treatment technology, people have been looking for more efficient and higher-quality photoinitiators. Although some early photoinitiators met some of these needs to a certain extent, they gradually revealed their limitations as industrial production and technological development increasingly demanded higher material performance. For example, in the surface treatment of some metals that require extremely high corrosion resistance, traditional photoinitiators may not be able to ensure the long-term stability of inks and varnishes, leading to problems such as coating peeling during use.

The emergence of photoinitiator TMO is like a beacon of light in the darkness. Its unique chemical structure and photoreactivity enable it to initiate polymerization reactions more efficiently during the UV curing process. According to relevant research data, under the same UV irradiation conditions, inks and varnishes using photoinitiator TMO can cure about 30% faster than some traditional photoinitiators.
