Optical brightener OB-1 Usage

1. Optical Brightener OB-1 can be used for whitening polyester fiber, nylon fiber and polypropylene fiber.

2. Optical Brightener OB-1 can be used to whiten polypropylene plastic, rigid PVC, ABS, EVA, polystyrene and Makrolon.

3. Optical Brightener OB-1 can be used for polyester and nylon.

4. Optical brightener OB-1 can also be used for whitening plastics such as ABS, PS, HIPS, PA, PC, PP, EVA and rigid PVC. The addition of OB-1 to nylon fiber, nylon and polyester will also significantly improve the whitening degree.

5. Optical brightener OB-1 adds OB-1 to recycled polyester fiber waste, bottle material and chips, the recycled material will appear whiter, and the chromaticity of different recycled materials will become more consistent.

Optical brightener OB-1 Features

1. high whitening strength and strong fluorescence.

2. wide application scope: polyester, nylon fiber and various plastics.

3. Optical brightener OB-1 is particularly resistant to high temperatures, and is mainly used for whitening by hot-melt pad dyeing, suitable for whitening polyester fibers and whitening polyester, cotton and other fiber blended fabrics.

4. Optical brightener OB-1 is an excellent oxazole brightener, insoluble in water, stable in performance, and has good resistance to sunlight, chlorine bleaching and migration.

Optical brightener OB-1 Application method

Recommended dosage: for each 1000 kg material
1.EVA, polypropylene fiber, nylon and Makrolon: 75~200g
2.polyster fiber: 75~300g

    What you published made a lot of sense. However, consider this, suppose you typed a catchier
    post title? I am not suggesting your information is not solid, however
    suppose you added a post title to maybe get folk’s attention? I mean China Optical brightener
    OB-1 manufacturer and supplier – Longchang chemical is kinda boring.

    You could peek at Yahoo’s home page and see how they write post titles to get viewers
    interested. You might try adding a video or a pic or
    two to grab readers excited about everything’ve got to say.
    In my opinion, it might make your website a little bit more interesting.
