1. Glucose oxidase (for gluconate production)

Mainly used in gluconate production
Glucose oxidase (for gluconate production) is produced by deep liquid fermentation using Aspergillus niger as the producing strain. The enzyme is an oxidoreductase that exclusively oxidizes glucose to produce gluconolactone in the presence of molecular oxygen, and at the same time consumes oxygen to produce hydrogen peroxide, and gluconolactone further produces gluconic acid.
2. New high temperature resistant glucose oxidase (10,000 enzyme activity/feed grade)
Mainly used in livestock and poultry feed
new type high temperature resistant glucose oxidase is produced through a series of strain screening, selecting the excellent strain Aspergillus niger as the production strain, and refined by deep liquid fermentation. The glucose oxidase from this strain has much higher temperature resistance (the enzyme activity can be retained more than 80% after 3 minutes of water bath treatment at 85°C), so it can withstand high temperature processes such as feed pelleting and processing.
