Grade Selection and Formulation Guidance
BDDA is 1,4-butanediol diacrylate. It differs from BDDMA, the corresponding dimethacrylate, and from HDDA, which has a six-carbon spacer. Compare cure response, viscosity and film properties before replacing either material with BDDA.
Specification and Quality Documents
Please request the current TDS, SDS and available lot COA. Quotation and sample approval should establish the applicable assay or active-content method, viscosity and test temperature, color, acid value, moisture, and inhibitor type and level. Numerical release limits are confirmed for the offered grade.
Request a Sample or Quotation
Use both BDDA and CAS 1070-70-8 in the request. Specify the polymerization process and required analytical limits; the release specification and inhibitor system should be agreed for the actual commercial grade.
Include the quantity, destination and packaging preference. Commercial packaging, minimum order quantity and lead time are confirmed with the quotation. Follow the current SDS and container instructions for handling and storage.
