EO2-HDDA — Ethoxylated (2) 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate
CHLUMICRYL® EO2-HDDA is an ethoxylated difunctional acrylate used as a reactive diluent in UV-curable coating and ink formulations. It combines the hexanediol backbone with ethoxy segments and two acrylate groups.

Grade Selection and Formulation Guidance
Specify EO2-HDDA or 2EO-HDDA rather than HDDA alone. Ethoxylation changes the monomer structure, so evaluate the modified grade against ordinary HDDA in the actual resin system. Check substrate adhesion after full cure and after the intended service-conditioning test.

Quotation and sample approval should establish the applicable assay or active-content method, viscosity and test temperature, color, acid value, moisture, and inhibitor type and level. Numerical release limits are confirmed for the offered grade.
