Product Description
Neutral protease is produced from selected high-quality strains such as Bacillus subtilis through submerged liquid fermentation and cultivation, followed by extraction and purification. Under neutral conditions, it hydrolyzes proteins into polypeptides, oligopeptides and amino acids. It is widely used in leather processing, animal feed, baking, seasonings, beer, soy sauce, bioactive peptides and other industries.
Application Information
In leather processing, neutral protease is used mainly in dehairing and bating or softening steps. It can reduce the use of chemical reagents, lower environmental pollution, simplify operations and save labor and materials. In animal feed, it effectively degrades anti-nutritional factors in soybean protein, reduces digesta viscosity, improves nutrient digestion and absorption, enhances animal performance and lowers farming costs. In baking, it weakens dough gluten strength, giving dough good plasticity and extensibility and improving biscuit crispness. In brewing, it can clarify fermentation liquor and finished products and eliminate chill haze. In textiles, it can be used for silk degumming, offering rapid and uniform degumming, limited fibroin damage, low energy consumption and mild processing conditions.
