Product Overview
CHLUMICURE® 1102 is a reactive crosslinker for compatible neutral waterborne polymer systems. Its nonionic aliphatic chemistry is intended to support resistance to yellowing while increasing film hardness, adhesion and resistance to water and chemicals. The product is supplied as a colorless transparent liquid with 19-21% NCO content and is used as one component of a two-component coating. A reported working-time range is available as a screening reference, but actual pot life depends on the resin, mixing ratio, temperature and application conditions. Formulation and Handling
Establish the mixing ratio and pot life with the selected binder before production.
If dilution is necessary, use only a confirmed compatible, low-moisture, hydroxyl-free polyurethane-grade solvent.
Consult the current SDS for handling, ventilation and protective-equipment requirements.
Use promptly after opening and keep containers sealed when not in use.
