1. Main Application Areas
(1) Polymer Material Processing and Stabilization
Polyurethane (PU): Widely used in polyether polyols, polyurethane foams, elastomers, etc., effectively inhibiting thermal oxidative degradation during high-temperature processing or use, extending product lifespan.
Rubber Industry: Used for anti-aging of natural rubber and synthetic rubber (such as SBR, BR, NBR, etc.), preventing hardening and cracking caused by oxygen, heat, and light.
Plastics Industry: Suitable for antioxidant protection of general-purpose plastics such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and polystyrene (PS), as well as engineering plastics (such as ABS, POM).
Adhesives and Sealants: Provides long-term stability in polyurethane adhesives, silicone sealants, etc.
(2) Lubricating Oils and Greases
Used as an auxiliary antioxidant in industrial lubricating oils, greases, transformer oils, etc., slowing down viscosity changes or acid value increases caused by oil oxidation.
(3) Other Chemical Products
Can be used in polymer coatings such as coatings and inks to prevent yellowing or performance degradation due to oxidation.
Partially used in fuel oil to inhibit precipitate formation.
