DP-D264R Main characteristics
1、Block type polymer dispersant is composed of pro-pigment group and pigment surface adsorption in dispersant and low molecular weight copolymer as pro-media segment.
2、Low molecular weight copolymer forms a certain thickness of obstruction layer, which reduces the attraction between pigment particles and obtains good dispersion stability.
3、Disperse carbon black has very good color spreading and gloss.
4、It can be used in two-component and thermosetting system, not applicable to thermoplastic acrylic system.

Dispersant should be added to the grinding material and stirred well, then add pigment to grind and disperse.

DP-D264R Storage stability
Keep in unopened original package for 24 months. Stratification and turbidity may occur when the temperature is below 5°C. Heating and mixing thoroughly before use will not affect the product quality. Product beyond the storage period can continue to be used after passing inspection. Before the container is completely empty, it must be tightly closed immediately after use.
