Product Overview
WPU-200 is a milky white polyurethane dispersion with 45 ± 1% solids and a reported viscosity of 100-1000 mPa·s. It is intended for flocking and flexible-material bonding where contact tack, a soft feel and extensibility are important. The listed flocking applications span printed textiles, leather, automotive components, paper and films. Water and solvent resistance are qualitative characteristics to assess in the completed adhesive formulation. The grade's bonding profile should be evaluated with the actual fiber, substrate preparation and drying process; it should not be assumed to use the same activation conditions as a heat-activated polyurethane adhesive.

Determine coat weight, open time, flocking conditions and drying schedule using the actual fiber/substrate combination. Confirm bond strength and resistance after the intended conditioning procedure.

Packaging and Storage
50 kg or 125 kg plastic drums.
Store at 5-30 °C in a cool, dry, ventilated place. Protect from freezing and direct light. Stated storage period: 12 months.
