Product Overview
WPU-614 is a milky white polyurethane emulsion with 35 ± 1% solids, developed for coating textile fabrics and preparing waterborne printing pastes. The grade combines smooth film formation and gloss with qualitative water and solvent resistance. Weathering and yellowing resistance are also identified as selection characteristics, but they do not define an exposure duration or a universal outdoor-use rating. Formulation trials should assess the required fabric hand, adhesion, flexibility and appearance after drying. Evaluate the completed textile construction under the customer's relevant laundering, flexing or exposure protocol before establishing a production specification.

Formulation and Handling
Trial the resin with the intended fabric, pigment loading and application method. Select drying conditions and verify adhesion, hand and resistance using the final textile construction.
- Weathering, yellowing and solvent resistance are qualitative characteristics without a specified universal test rating.
Check binder compatibility, substrate preparation, application conditions and final coating or bond performance in your own formulation. Waterborne use does not by itself establish solvent-free status or a hazard classification. Consult the current safety data sheet and use appropriate industrial handling controls.
Packaging and Storage
50 kg or 120 kg plastic drums.
Store at 5-35 °C in a cool, dry, ventilated place. Protect from freezing and direct light. Stated storage period: 6 months.
