CHLUMIAO®8627 Usage
Antioxidant 8627 is an environmentally friendly phenolic trialkyl phosphite antioxidant. Its formulation is safe and reliable, free from harmful substances such as phenols, octylphenol, nonylphenol, and bisphenol A, meeting modern industry’s stringent standards for environmental protection and health.
This product is suitable for diverse polymer systems, including PVC, LLDPE, HDPE, ABS, SBS, and polyurethane. It significantly enhances material thermal stability and colour stability, ensuring consistent performance throughout processing and service life.
In PVC materials (such as PVC stabilisers, sheets/profiles, flooring, etc.), 8627 functions as an efficient auxiliary stabiliser and chelating agent. It not only enhances thermal and light stability during processing but also helps maintain excellent colour performance and transparency in the final product. Furthermore, this product is suitable for ink applications in SBR, NBR, SBS, and polyurethane systems, effectively improving their heat resistance and overall stability.
The recommended dosage ranges from 0.1% to 2.0%, with flexibility to adjust according to specific application scenarios and performance requirements.
