Property:
1. Photoinitiator BMS belongs to the large family of benzophenone Norrish II photoinitiators. This special photoinitiator is like a magic key in the field of light curing, with unique spectral characteristics that show maximum absorption peaks at 246 nm and 315 nm.
2. In the complex and delicate system of UV and LED curable formulations, BMS and amine synergists work together like a well-oiled team. They collaborate with each other to produce a wonderful chemical reaction. From a practical application perspective, this combination is used in some high-end electronic component packaging processes. In these processes, the curing requirements are extremely high. Not only does the surface need to dry and cure quickly to form a tough protective film, but the interior also requires deep curing to ensure the stability of the electronic components in complex environments. BMS, in the concentration range of 0.5–5 wt%, is like a highly skilled craftsman, perfectly completing this task, providing high reactivity for the entire curing process and resulting in excellent curing results.
