🛠️ Usage Instructions
Typical dosage: Recommended addition rate is 0.1%–0.3% by resin weight; optimal transparency enhancement is typically achieved at 0.2%.
Mixing Method: To ensure uniform dispersion, PP powder can be directly mixed during processing. For PP/PE pellets, it is recommended to first wet the pellets with a small amount of white oil (approximately 1.5-2.0 ml/kg), then add the nucleating agent powder and mix to achieve even coating.
Processing Methods: Can be directly compounded with resin. It is also commonly pre-formulated into high-concentration masterbatch (e.g., 2.5%-5%) for blending with standard resin, offering greater convenience and improved dispersion.
Process Compatibility: Suitable for various processing techniques including injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, and cast film production.
