Product Overview
WPU-6122 is an aliphatic polyurethane dispersion for fabric coating and flexible printing systems. Its reported mechanical profile includes tensile strength of 25-40 MPa and elongation at break of at least 700%, together with water absorption below 3% after 24 hours at 25 °C. The resin is described as producing a smooth, glossy film and supporting fast-drying, redissolving printing formulations. For PVC reverse-printing laminating inks, the stated heat-lamination range is 150-180 °C. That range is a development reference; final bond strength, flexibility and process stability should be established on the intended laminate construction.

Formulation and Handling
Validate drying and heat lamination on the actual coated fabric or laminate. The stated 150-180 °C lamination range is a trial reference. If a crosslinker is added for water resistance, first establish the correct chemistry, dosage basis, compatibility and usable working time.
- A fast-drying description is not a guaranteed drying time under all application conditions.
- Crosslinking and lamination settings must be qualified for the complete formulation.
Check binder compatibility, substrate preparation, application conditions and final coating or bond performance in your own formulation. Waterborne use does not by itself establish solvent-free status or a hazard classification. Consult the current safety data sheet and use appropriate industrial handling controls.

Store at 5-30 °C in a cool, dry, ventilated place. Protect from freezing and direct light. Stated storage period: 12 months.
