Product Overview
WPU-6110 is intended for flexible coated fabrics and printing systems that require a combination of film flexibility, gloss and water resistance. It is also listed for waterborne PVC reverse-printing laminating inks, with a reported heat-lamination process range of 150-180 °C. The dispersion offers a fast-drying formulation profile and redissolution behavior useful in printing development, but actual drying speed depends on the application setup. Reported tensile strength is 25-35 MPa, and water absorption is below 5% after 24 hours at 25 °C. Crosslinking may be evaluated where higher water resistance is required.

Formulation and Handling
For heat-lamination development, 150-180 °C is a stated process reference, not a universal production setting; validate dwell time and bond strength on the selected construction.
If using a crosslinker, confirm its type, dosage basis, compatibility and pot life before mixing. Do not mix indiscriminately with adhesives of a different chemical nature.
- No universal drying time is specified; verify drying at the actual film thickness, temperature and airflow.
- Crosslinker addition must be qualified with the selected curing-agent chemistry and formulation.
Check binder compatibility, substrate preparation, application conditions and final coating or bond performance in your own formulation. Waterborne use does not by itself establish solvent-free status or a hazard classification. Consult the current safety data sheet and use appropriate industrial handling controls.

Store at 5-30 °C in a cool, dry, ventilated place. Protect from freezing and direct light. Stated storage period: 12 months.
