3345 vs 3432 vs 3501 should be compared using the facts published for each product—not by assuming that all silicone surface additives deliver the same handling result. Choose 3345 for documented wetting plus leveling
3345 is the first screen when both substrate/film wetting and leveling are demonstrated needs. Its page provides a 0.1–1.0% range, flexible addition, broad dilution options, and a note that dipropylene glycol methyl ether may enhance the effect.
Test the actual co-solvent balance because enhanced wetting may also change foam, flash, sag, substrate attack, cure, or water sensitivity. Start low and hold film build, viscosity, application, and cure constant.
Choose 3432 for a documented leveling route
3432 is the more directly leveling-focused comparison. Its page gives 0.05–1.0%, any-stage addition, and broad system/dilution compatibility. It also tells users to avoid mixing with other additives, so evaluate it alone before reintroducing optional surface agents.
Measure flow/leveling, orange peel, craters, sag, gloss, haze, foam, recoat, adhesion, cure, and storage. A lower-wave surface that harms downstream print or intercoat adhesion is not a passing result.
Treat 3501 as a data-qualified experiment
The public 3501 page confirms acrylic-modified silicone oil, water/solvent/UV compatibility, and flexible addition. It does not state a recommended dosage. It also does not publish a test method, conditions, or numerical anti-sticking result.
Before trial, obtain the current TDS and agree on the target: blocking force, face-to-back transfer, coefficient of friction, rub/scuff, release, or another handling measure. Use only the supplier-supported range and report cure, film build, conditioning, pressure, temperature, and contact time.
Do not let the application name replace diagnosis
Wetting, leveling, anti-cratering, slip, blocking, rub, and printability are different. Map when the defect appears: immediately after application, during flash/cure, in stacking/rewinding, or during converting. Audit contamination, foam, rheology, film build, and cure before assigning a product.
All three products cover broad systems on their public pages, but that does not prove compatibility with every acrylic, polyurethane, epoxy, alkyd, UV oligomer, pigment, defoamer, wax, or substrate.

Assigning a 3501 dosage from another product
3345 and 3432 publish ranges; 3501 does not. Composition similarity is not a valid basis for copying dosage.
Calling 3501 anti-sticking without a defined test
State the handling endpoint and obtain current supplier evidence. A qualitative label cannot replace controlled pressure, temperature, time, and conditioning.
Mixing all three into one trial
