Product Positioning
For stone-washed appearance, aged effects and color fading on denim, reducing part of the pumice requirement while increasing process flexibility.
Mechanism
Controlled hydrolysis of cotton-surface microfibrils combines with drum abrasion to produce layered fading, softness and a worn appearance.
