DMPA Waterborne PU Chain Extender & Internal Emulsifier
CHLUMICURE® DMPA, CAS 4767-03-7. DMPA (dimethylolpropionic acid) contains hydroxyl and carboxyl functionality. It is used as a hydrophilic chain extender and internal emulsifier in waterborne polyurethane, including polyurethane dispersions (PUDs).

Grade Selection and Processing
This is a waterborne-resin building block, not a conventional aromatic amine curative for cast elastomers. Confirm the incorporation and neutralization strategy with the resin formulation. DMPA and DMBA have different chemical identities and should not be substituted at an unchanged weight ratio without evaluation.
Tell us the resin or prepolymer type, processing method and required end-use properties. Agree the reactive-group balance, working time and cure conditions with your formulation team. No universal dosage or guaranteed finished-product performance is specified here.
