CHLUMIAG®2100 / Organosilicon Wetting Agent, Anti-sticking Agent, Acrylic Resin Wetting Agent, Printing Ink Wetting Agent
Description: This product contains multi-component modified polysiloxanes. With low viscosity and low surface tension, it provides excellent spreading, wetting, and penetration properties, making it a novel and highly efficient organosilicon additive.
It provides excellent spreading and wetting properties, increasing adhesion to substrates that are difficult to process, such as glass, polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyester, as well as high-smoothness packaging materials. It is particularly suitable for surface control and adhesion improvement of acrylic resin coatings, and also improves flow and leveling, recoatability, and gloss retention. Suitable for water-based, UV-curable, traditional solvent-based, and high-solids coatings.
It has excellent compatibility, readily soluble in methanol, isopropanol, acetone, xylene, and dichloromethane, and dispersible in water.

Application Recommendations
Recommended Dosage: 0.1-1.0% of the total formulation
Addition Method: Can be added during grinding or stirring, or added after production. For easier addition, it can be diluted with a suitable solvent first.
Solvent Types: Water, alcohols, alkanes, and aromatics can all be diluted in any ratio.

Precautions
Keep away from high temperatures. Due to its reactivity, avoid contaminating tools during preparation.

Packaging and Storage
This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Packaging specifications are 25Kg plastic drums, 200Kg plastic drums, or customized according to user requirements. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place. Shelf life: 12 months.
