Product Overview
CHLUMICRYL® WPU-2250 supports coating development where powder compatibility, flexibility and a medium-soft feel are required together. The high-solids dispersion is positioned for leather top finishes, textile coating, footwear, bags, upholstery leather and automotive interior surface treatment. It is designed to accommodate inorganic powder additions while retaining dispersion stability, making it a candidate binder for filled matte systems. Its stated 100% modulus is 3 MPa. Evaluate the actual filler package and loading, because powder surface chemistry and mixing conditions affect stability. Confirm bending, hydrolysis resistance, color stability and wet-heat ageing in the finished coating.

Formulation and Handling
Introduce powders through a validated dispersion procedure and monitor viscosity and settling.
Confirm filler compatibility and finished-film performance before increasing batch size.
- The resin is not a guarantee of compatibility with every filler or loading level.
- No numerical ageing or hydrolysis test rating is specified.
Check binder compatibility, substrate preparation, application conditions and final coating or bond performance in your own formulation. Waterborne use does not by itself establish solvent-free status or a hazard classification. Consult the current safety data sheet and use appropriate industrial handling controls.

Store at 5-35 °C in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Protect from freezing and light. Stated shelf life: 6 months under these conditions.
