Failure 1: After the machine is turned on CP2000 window display oil circuit failure, the fault signal light flashes.
Inspection method: Initially suspected that the oil is less, the fault remains after refueling. Check the oil circuit, found that the oil filter at the upper part of the cartridge indicates red, while the normal situation should be green. Remove the filter element to clean and reinstall, its upper indication is green, the CP window shows normal, the machine works normally. According to the operating instructions, the filter element should be cleaned regularly.
Fault 2: When the 1M4 motor controlling the height of swing teeth is adjusted with the CP2000 window, the numbers in the CP2000 window change from large to small and from small to large, but the numbers set in the stopped position jump, and there is no 24V DC voltage at the 1M4 motor, and it does not rotate with the adjustment.
Inspection method: 1M4 motor and 1R4 potentiometer are used to adjust the height of swing teeth, and the feedback signal of 1R4 is sent to 6, 7 and 8 pins of SSRX23, and the power supply of 1M4 is B12 and 12 pins of SSRX20. Measure B12, 12 feet no power, indicating that the board does not output, so the board is suspected of damage, and next to the same type of circuit board (board number SSK200.781.3764/01BAU) interchangeable, the fault remains, indicating that the board is not a problem. The voltage of 1R4 is normal (10V between the two lines of red and colorful, 5.2V between the two lines of plunder and black, and 4.8V between the two lines of red and black), which means the potentiometer is normal, but there is no 24V DC voltage at 1M4. Turn off the total power supply of the machine, remove the motor wire (red and composite color wire) from terminals 1M4X1 at 1 and 2, and measure the resistance of 1M4 as 13.6f2 normal. At the beginning, the motor still did not rotate, but after repeated positive and negative pressurization, the motor started to rotate little by little, and finally the motor operated normally under the condition of applied electricity and drove the adjusting gear to rotate. And then the red, Xu color line into the 1M4X1 1, 2 terminals, re-close the total power supply, then try the motor work normally, CP window settings and adjust the value of the correct, the digital no longer jumping.
Analyze the cause of the above failure: when the circuit board outputs 24V DC voltage to the motor, the machine does not turn, so that the circuit board output protection, so the voltage can not be measured, so it is considered that the control circuit board failure. The motor is not used for a long time, the shaft, connecting gear, tooth sleeve, etc. are aggravated by the mechanical load due to the oil of the body, and the load becomes lighter after repeated positive and negative pressurization, and then the circuit board SSK20 can work normally when it is powered.
Fault 3: the fourth group of water series 4M1 motor turn when not turn, sometimes press the strong water button 4S21 after the motor can turn soul for a period of time, and sometimes CP window alarm, the machine can not run normally.
Inspection method: the 4th group of water I14M1 motor lead and the 3rd group of water series motor interchange, in order to determine the motor good or bad; 4M1 will be removed, check the mechanical rotation has no jamming phenomenon; check the electric cabinet water auxiliary electric soul machine control circuit board, the 4th group and other groups of circuit boards (circuit board number LTK50000781.3680/02) interchange. In general, through the above methods can basically solve this kind of failure, but the failure of the machine is different, in determining the motor is normal, the circuit board is intact, the mechanical rotation is normal, and find the connection, plug buy, socket, are no fault points, so had to check the input part. In the water bucket there is a detection of the presence of wetting liquid sensor 4B32, the inspection found that it is sometimes good and sometimes bad, clean its surface after the machine worked for a period of time, and then the above-mentioned failure. Remove 4B32 with a magnifying glass, found that the top of the sensor has a crack, indicating that the fault is here, to ensure production first output short, the machine can work, in the purchase of the same type of sensor replacement after the machine works normally.
Failure 4: In the moment of power failure, change the voltage is too high, the power supply circuit board (GRM120) on the large resistor heating, baked next to the small detection circuit board (RSK120), so that the machine does not work properly, the CP2000 window shows fault 15.
Inspection method: check the GRM120 insurance F3 normal, the large resistor is normal, the output voltage is normal, but the RSK120 substrate scorched, the original damaged, had to buy a new one, replaced the machine works normally. Here to remind operators, in the case of a stop, change the power, should wait a few minutes before closing the main switch of the machine, which is very good for precision machines.
