Application scenarios
1. Latex and Rubber Products
Natural rubber (NR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), nitrile rubber (NBR), butadiene rubber (BR) and their latexes. Medical gloves, condoms, baby pacifiers, latex threads, bathroom mats, hot water bottles, rubber seals.
2. Plastics and Engineering Plastics
ABS, MBS, polyamides (PA6, PA66), polyolefins (PP, PE). Automotive parts, electronic device housings, household appliance parts, various engineering plastic products.
3. Adhesives and Elastomers
Hot melt adhesives, pressure-sensitive adhesives, SBS, SIS and other styrene-based elastomers. Adhesives used in labels, tapes, packaging, etc., as well as shoe materials, modified asphalt, etc.
✨ Core Advantages
Excellent color stability: Does not yellow or redden during processing and long-term use, ideal for light-colored and transparent products.
Long-lasting and durable: Due to its high molecular weight and polymer structure, it has low volatility and migration resistance, does not easily leach from the product, and provides long-term antioxidant protection.
Safe and environmentally friendly: It has low toxicity and complies with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations regarding food contact materials, making it suitable for use in products such as pacifiers and gloves.
Synergistic effect: It is often used in combination with auxiliary antioxidants such as phosphites and thioesters to produce a synergistic stabilizing effect greater than the sum of its parts (“1+1>2”).
