Product Overview
CHLUMICRYL® WPU-1155 is a high-solids binder for flexible coatings that require a strong, extensible film. The stated mechanical profile combines a 100% modulus of 1.5 MPa, tensile strength at break of at least 25 MPa and elongation at break of at least 1300%. These characteristics make the grade suitable for evaluating printing pastes, high-build printing effects and leather or elastic-material finishes. The dispersion forms a level, glossy film. Select the thickener, pigment package and coating weight for the intended application, and confirm extension, adhesion and hand feel after the complete drying cycle.

Formulation and Handling
Check pigment and thickener compatibility in the complete printing or coating formulation.
Validate drying conditions and mechanical performance at the intended dry-film thickness.
- Mechanical results depend on film preparation and conditioning; establish a test method before making finished-product claims.
Check binder compatibility, substrate preparation, application conditions and final coating or bond performance in your own formulation. Waterborne use does not by itself establish solvent-free status or a hazard classification. Consult the current safety data sheet and use appropriate industrial handling controls.

50 kg or 120 kg plastic drums.
Store at 5-30 °C in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Protect from freezing and light. Stated shelf life: 12 months under these conditions.
