UV-3035 / Etocrilene Usage
1. UV absorber UV-3035 is a cyanoacrylate UV absorber, capable of absorbing 270-340 nm UV light with a peak absorption of 302 nm. The molecular structure does not contain phenolic hydroxyl groups and has excellent chemical stability and excellent compatibility with coating resins through structural changes in ester groups. It is suitable for polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, styrene copolymer, polycarbonate, acrylate coatings, polyurethane coatings, varnish coatings, gel coatings, container coatings, acrylic and vinyl adhesives.
2. UV absorber UV-3035 has good solubility in MEK, MEK has good compatibility with acrylic resin, and is used in the top coating of paint to improve the durability of the coating. The synergistic effect is remarkable when used with light stabilizer. The general dosage is 0.1-0.5%.
3. UV absorber UV-3035 is used to protect plastic and coating products from UV radiation in the sun. This product provides excellent UV absorption performance and thermal stability.
