Application Recommendations
– Epoxy resin products: Dilute to 50-55 times before use, one coat, can be continuously demolded 5-6 times; thinner: 120# solvent gasoline.
– Polyurethane products: Apply undiluted crude oil, one coat, can be continuously demolded 15-17 times.
– Lubricant for silicone rubber gaskets.
Precautions
This product requires testing or inspection before production use.
Contraindications
Do not contact with alcohol solvents. Avoid mixing with other additives. The risk of this product is that the demolded product may affect coatings, paints, and gold plating. Testing or inspection should be conducted before industrial production. Proper post-treatment cleaning is essential to address post-treatment issues.
Packaging and Storage
Transportation and storage. Packaging specifications: 25Kg, 200Kg plastic drums, or customized according to user requirements. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place. Shelf life: 12 months.
