NA-11 is a new generation of aryl phosphate salt nucleating agent. It can make the polymer increase the total crystallization rate of the polymer and change the spherical crystal size to decrease the average spherical crystal size during melt recrystallization. Significantly improve and enhance the physical and mechanical properties of the polymer.
Performance in:
1) Significantly increase the crystallization rate of the polymer
2) Significantly increase the crystallization temperature of the polymer
3) Significantly increase the impact strength of the polymer
4) Significantly increase the flexural modulus of the polymer
5) Significantly increase the thermal denaturation temperature of the polymer

Food contact: approved by FDA(USA), BGA(Germany), JHOSPA(Japan).
Addition amount 0.3%.
Application: Widely used in polypropylene.
Suggested addition amount: 0.1%-0.3%.
