Antimony Trioxide Replacement Flame Retardant D325T

D325T is a flame-retardant grade for evaluating replacement of antimony trioxide (ATO) in polymer formulations. It is positioned for full-replacement formulation development, with the final replacement level determined by compound testing.

Description

Product overview

D325T belongs to an ATO-replacement flame-retardant series. It is intended for reformulating systems that currently use antimony trioxide, while evaluating fire performance, processing and the mechanical properties of the finished compound. The grade is not presented as a fixed-ratio drop-in replacement.

Applications

  • ATO-replacement development in polymer compounds.
  • Evaluation in ABS, PP and PVC formulations within the published series scope.
  • Electrical housings, PVC films, construction products and automotive interior materials requiring a reformulated flame-retardant package.

Published reference data

Property Value
Application role ATO-replacement flame-retardant additive
Appearance White powder; confirm supplied form when ordering
Moisture content ≤0.5 %

Reference information is provided for grade screening. Confirm the current technical data sheet and batch certificate of analysis before setting purchase or production specifications.

Formulation and qualification notes

Use the existing compound as a control and evaluate replacement level, dispersion, processing behavior and end-product performance. A full-replacement objective does not establish equivalence in every formulation. The supplied material’s composition and antimony content must be confirmed separately; an antimony-free claim is not made for D325T.

Packaging and storage

Published packaging: 25 kg bags, with 500 kg or 1,000 kg pallet configurations. Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Request a quotation or technical information

When requesting D325T, provide the polymer, existing ATO dosage, co-additives, processing conditions and target fire-test method. Request grade-specific TDS, SDS and COA documentation before qualification.
