Application areas
Solvent based, UV curing systems
Main characteristics
1、Disperse matte powder, glass powder, ultra-fine talc with excellent viscosity reduction effect, can be used in the production of high concentration matte paste;
2、It has good directional alignment effect on matte powder and effectively reduces the gloss;
3、If used in 2KPU system, the effect on the service life and drying speed needs to be evaluated.
Use method
Mix the resin, solvent and dispersant, then add the filler or matt powder and disperse at high speed.
Recommended dosage
2-20% for matting powder in the form of additives supplied
Storage stability
This product may produce light turbidity or trace crystallisation during prolonged storage at temperatures of 2°C and below, which disappears upon heating and does not affect the quality or use of the product. It is stored in the original unopened packaging for 24 months. Products that have exceeded their storage period may continue to be used after passing inspection. Before the container is completely empty, it must be tightly closed immediately after use.
