UV-3035 / Etocrilene Gebruik
1. UV-absorber UV-3035 is een cyanoacrylaat UV-absorber die UV-licht van 270-340 nm met een piekabsorptie van 302 nm kan absorberen. De moleculaire structuur bevat geen fenolhydroxylgroepen en heeft een uitstekende chemische stabiliteit en een uitstekende compatibiliteit met coatingharsen door structuurveranderingen in estergroepen. Het is geschikt voor polyvinylchloride, polystyreen, styreencopolymeer, polycarbonaat, acrylaatcoatings, polyurethaancoatings, verniscoatings, gelcoatings, containercoatings, acryl- en vinyllijmen.
2. UV-absorber UV-3035 heeft een goede oplosbaarheid in MEK, MEK heeft een goede compatibiliteit met acrylhars en wordt gebruikt in de toplaag van verf om de duurzaamheid van de coating te verbeteren. Het synergetische effect is opmerkelijk bij gebruik met lichtstabilisator. De algemene dosering is 0,1-0,5%.
3. UV-absorber UV-3035 wordt gebruikt om plastic en coatingproducten te beschermen tegen UV-straling in de zon. Dit product biedt uitstekende UV-absorptieprestaties en thermische stabiliteit.
