Product Overview
WPU-306 combines an aromatic waterborne polyurethane structure with epoxy modification. The grade is supplied as a slightly yellow, translucent liquid at 35 ± 2% solids and is intended for coating and ink development. Its film characteristics include a smooth surface, gloss and extensibility, alongside qualitative water, abrasion and heat resistance. Listed applications include industrial coatings, waterborne wood coatings, paper surface treatments and coatings for electrical hardware. For protective uses, establish substrate preparation, film thickness and curing conditions by testing; the resin specification alone does not establish a corrosion-protection class or an electrical insulation rating.

Formulation and Handling
Assess compatibility with pigments and other binders before blending. Qualify the complete protective coating on the actual substrate under its intended exposure conditions.
- No corrosion-protection class or electrical insulation rating is established by the resin data.
- Qualify heat, water and abrasion resistance in the finished formulation.
Check binder compatibility, substrate preparation, application conditions and final coating or bond performance in your own formulation. Waterborne use does not by itself establish solvent-free status or a hazard classification. Consult the current safety data sheet and use appropriate industrial handling controls.

Store at 5-30 °C in a cool, dry, ventilated place. Protect from freezing and direct light. Stated storage period: 6 months.
