Product Overview
WPU-2540 is a milky white polyurethane dispersion with a bluish cast, intended for synthetic leather systems containing fillers or a foamed layer. Its reported features emphasize powder dispersion, soft hand and foamability. The grade has a pH of 6.0-8.0, tensile strength at break of at least 5 MPa and elongation at break of at least 500%. These properties support evaluation in flexible constructions, while the final result depends on filler loading and the foaming process. Test new additives and colorants before use, and do not mix this grade directly with cationic or solvent-based pastes.

Formulation and Handling
Test compatibility before adding new formulation additives or colorants. Do not mix with cationic pastes or solvent-based pastes. Reseal the container after use.
