Product Overview
WPU-8083 is intended for temporary surface protection during handling and transport. The resin forms a soft, transparent protective film and is described as offering leveling, water resistance and yellowing resistance. Its peelability must be developed for the actual substrate, surface condition and protection duration. A suggested process is to allow the applied coating to stand for 10 minutes before drying at 60-80 °C, with a dry-film thickness above 50 µm to support peeling. These conditions are trial starting points; verify film continuity, removal force, surface compatibility and any residue after the intended exposure period.

Formulation and Handling
As a trial starting point, allow the applied coating to stand for 10 minutes and then dry at 60-80 °C.
Evaluate a dry-film thickness above 50 µm for peelability. Confirm substrate heat tolerance, film continuity and removal behavior before production.
- Peel force and residue behavior depend on substrate, film thickness, exposure duration and conditions; verify each intended use.
- Temporary protection does not establish permanent outdoor durability or compatibility with every painted surface.
Check binder compatibility, substrate preparation, application conditions and final coating or bond performance in your own formulation. Waterborne use does not by itself establish solvent-free status or a hazard classification. Consult the current safety data sheet and use appropriate industrial handling controls.

Store at 5-30 °C in a cool, dry, ventilated place. Protect from freezing and direct light. Stated storage period: 12 months.
