1. Polyurethane Rigid Foam Catalysis:
As a catalyst specifically for rigid foams, it is used in the foaming process for insulation layers in refrigerators and freezers, building exterior insulation panels, on-site spray foam, refrigerated truck insulation layers, panels, and laminated boards. It can be used alone as a main catalyst or in combination with other catalysts to control the foaming and gelation reaction rates, optimizing cell structure and mechanical properties.
2. Catalysis in Other Polyurethane Products:
Used in the polymerization reactions of polyurethane elastomers, adhesives, and sealants to improve product performance and production efficiency.
3. Organic Synthesis Intermediate:
Used in the synthesis of intermediates for pesticides, dyes, and pharmaceuticals, acting as an acid-base neutralizer, utilizing its alkalinity and catalytic activity to improve reaction selectivity.
4. Coatings and Resins:
Used as an epoxy resin curing accelerator, compatible with polyurethane coatings, epoxy coatings, etc., shortening curing time and enhancing film adhesion, hardness, and chemical resistance.
5. Industri Karet:
Used as a rubber accelerator to promote rubber vulcanization, increasing the crosslinking density and mechanical properties of rubber products. It can also be used in the preparation of rubber additives.
6. Water Treatment:
Used in the preparation of water treatment corrosion inhibitors, reducing metal equipment corrosion and maintaining stable system operation.
7. Fuel Oil Stabilization:
As a fuel oil stabilizer, it prevents the formation of sludge in fuel oil, extending the storage life and efficiency of fuel oil.
8. Textile Treatment:
Used in textile treatment to improve the antistatic and wrinkle resistance properties of fabrics.
