Daminozide Application scenarios
1. Fruit Tree Cultivation:
Suitable for various fruit trees such as apples, pears, peaches, and grapes. For example, spraying after apple trees bloom can inhibit excessive shoot growth, promote fruit setting and coloring, and pre-harvest spraying can prevent fruit drop and extend storage life; applying the product when grape shoots have 6-7 leaves can inhibit excessive shoot growth, and soaking the base of cuttings can promote rooting; spraying peach trees before maturity can result in evenly colored and early-ripening fruit, and application during the flowering period of jujube trees can increase fruit setting rate and single fruit weight.
2. Field and Root/Tuber Crop Cultivation:
Can be used for crops such as sweet potatoes, potatoes, and soybeans. Soaking the base of sweet potato seedlings before transplanting significantly increases the survival rate; spraying potatoes two weeks after full bloom can inhibit excessive growth of the above-ground parts and promote tuber enlargement; spraying soybeans from the initial flowering stage to the podding stage can increase the number of branches, improve the number of pods and fruit setting rate; spraying sweet melon seedlings can change the plant growth type, and seed soaking can extend the storage life of sweet melons.
3. Vegetable Cultivation:
Suitable for vegetables such as tomatoes, strawberries, and lettuce. Spraying tomato seedlings can cultivate strong seedlings; multiple sprayings after strawberry transplantation can promote fruit setting, increase yield, and improve cold resistance; spraying lettuce when it begins to elongate can inhibit bolting and thicken the stem, and leaf soaking treatment can delay lettuce senescence to maintain freshness. In addition, soaking fresh mushrooms in a specific concentration of the solution can prevent browning, delay aging, and achieve a 7-8 day preservation effect.
4. Pesticide Combination and Synergistic Effects:
Often used in combination with other pesticides to improve cultivation results. For example, mixing and spraying with ethephon on apple and cherry trees can increase the number of fruits and control the growth of the tree canopy; mixing with ethephon and naphthaleneacetic acid and spraying on apples before harvest can promote fruit coloring, improve fruit firmness, and reduce pre-harvest fruit drop.
